2. The service

MarketPilot AI lets you store a business profile and brand kit, then generate marketing content and images for social platforms, organise them in a content library and plan them on a calendar.

3. Account creation

• You must provide a valid email address and accurate account information.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract and, where applicable, act for the business you register.
• Accounts are personal to you; keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

4. User responsibilities and acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and in line with the rules of any platform you publish to.
• Only submit business information you are entitled to use.
• Review every generated output before publishing it.
• Do not enter other people’s personal data or confidential third-party information into briefs.

5. Prohibited activities

• Unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing or infringing content.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or misleading advertising claims.
• Impersonating another person, business or brand.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, probing, overloading or circumventing usage limits or access controls.
• Reselling or providing the service to third parties without our written agreement.
• Attempting to access another user’s account or data.

6. AI-generated content

Content is produced by automated AI models based on the inputs you provide. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, outdated or unintentionally similar to other material. We give no guarantee of accuracy, originality, legal compliance or commercial performance.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, editing and approving generated content before publishing or advertising with it — including any claims, prices, offers, disclosures and platform-specific requirements.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the business information, brand assets and briefs you submit. As between you and us, you may use the content generated for your account for your own business purposes.

You grant Forge Group a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process and transmit your content strictly for the purpose of operating and supporting the service, including sending it to the AI provider to produce your results. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

The service itself — software, design, branding and documentation — remains the property of Forge Group and its licensors. AI output may not be exclusive to you: comparable output may be generated for other users.

8. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages or AI-provider limits may cause downtime or temporary generation failures. We may add, change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will inform you at the email address on your account.

9. Free trial, subscription and pricing

• New accounts include a 30-day free trial with full access and a trial generation allowance. No card is required.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan: Starter (€9/month), Pro (€19/month) or Business (€39/month), with annual billing offered at a discount of roughly 20%.
• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Checkout is hosted by Paddle: your card details are entered there and are never stored inside the application. Paddle may add applicable taxes depending on your location and issues your receipt.

10. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• The trial can be ended at any time simply by not subscribing, or by deleting your account.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: billing periods already started are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, where a charge was made in error, or where we agree a refund in writing.
• Deleting your account removes your data immediately and does not by itself trigger a refund.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses generation limits, endangers the security of the service, or is used unlawfully. Where reasonable we will warn you first. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Privacy & Data.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forge Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or damage arising from content you chose to publish. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as for intent or gross negligence, or personal injury. Any further caps depend on the applicable governing law, which will be confirmed before public launch.

13. Data protection

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

The governing law and place of jurisdiction will be confirmed before public launch. They are deliberately not stated here until then.
